The FSC Survival Plan is our monthly coffee subscription designed to keep you stocked without having to think about it. We roast fresh, ship on a consistent schedule, and give you flexibility when you want to make changes.

We handle the roasting and shipping. Before each shipment, we’ll check in to see if you want to make any changes.

Your first Survival Plan order ships shortly after you sign up. We don’t hold your initial order to match the regular shipping schedule.

After your first shipment, subscriptions are grouped to ship mid-month or end-of-month. This helps us keep everything organized and ensures your coffee is roasted fresh.
Once you’re placed on a schedule, we keep it consistent.

It’s based on when you sign up:
If you sign up earlier in the month, future shipments will typically ship around the 15th
If you sign up later in the month, future shipments will typically ship toward the end of the month

Yes. Before each shipment, we’ll send a check-in email with a link to make changes if needed.
If you don’t make any updates, we’ll ship your usual order.

Absolutely. Before each shipment, you can:
Switch roast levels
Change bag quantity
Skip that month

Changes close 2 days before shipment.

Yes — skipping is easy and there’s no penalty. Just let us know during the monthly check-in.

Nope. There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime.

You can view and manage your subscription by logging in to your account, click My account, and then Subscriptions.
To cancel the subscription, click Cancel Subscription.

It means we’ll rotate coffees for you instead of sending the same thing every time. We choose based on what we’re roasting that month and keeping variety in your lineup.
It’s perfect if you like discovering different roasts without managing it yourself.

Yes. Your first Survival Plan shipment includes a little something extra as a thank-you for planning ahead. Members may also get occasional perks or early access to new releases.
