A peaberry is a rare, naturally occurring mutation of coffee beans that results in a single bean developing inside the coffee cherry instead of two. They are smaller, denser, and rounder than regular coffee beans, and are named for their resemblance to a pea. Peaberry coffee can be brewed in any brewing method, including drip brewing, French press, and pour-over.
